We provide a two-year warranty from the date of purchase to cover defects or issues caused by the craftsmanship of the jewelry. Please note that our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (such as scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones), damage from improper care (like exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force), or any modifications made to the piece.
To claim your warranty, please send us a message with your order number and request.
If the item is in stock, you will receive a replacement of the same item.
If the item is not in stock or discontinued, you will be issued a gift card equivalent to the purchase price of the original item.
No refunds will be provided, nor an exchange for a different piece.
Slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, including internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, are unique and individual to each item. Gemstones are listed as unique in color and are not guaranteed to look exactly like the image. These characteristics are what make your piece unique and should not be considered a defect.

Using a string or strip of paper, wrap it around the base of your finger. Use a pen to mark the point of the string/paper where it overlaps, forming a complete circle. With a ruler, measure the length in centimeters from the start of the string/paper to the pen mark.
For our adjustable rings, gently stretch the sides of your ring to give it the size that suits you.

Everything needs a bit of care to sparkle longer. As a general care tip, your jewelry should be the last thing you put on before going out and the first thing you remove when you’re home.
Put on your pieces after you've applied perfume, lotion, bug spray or other alcohol-containing chemical products and cosmetics.Avoid prolonged contact with water in the shower, swimming pool or the ocean. Try not to wear your pieces when doing any physical activity that involves excessive sweating or gardening.
To clean your jewelry, soak it in warm water with a little diluted dish soap and use a soft-bristle baby toothbrush to remove any dirt. After cleaning, ensure the items are thoroughly dry by patting them with paper towels. Please do not use any abrasive cleaners.
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean your jewelry from time to time. When done repeatedly, this is enough to revive its golden glimmer.When traveling or not wearing your pieces, store it separately in its own protective bag.

We offer a 15-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.
If you want to exchange a piece, please initiate a return and place a new order.
To initiate a return, please send us a message with your request and order number to receive a return shipping label.
